Job opportunity | HR Manager for Adacta Group

Adacta Group, the leading regional Microsoft Dynamics and Qlik partner and one of the leading IT solution providers for the insurance industry in the CEE, is looking for an experienced HR Manager.

We have dedicated our knowledge and experience to developing and implementing business IT solutions and providing business consulting services. Our company employs over 350 professionals and provides support to 400 regional and international clients. We strive to use our expertise to drive change in business operations of our clients. For further growth (additional 60-80 FTE in 2016) we are looking for a committed HR professional for the position of an  

HR Manager for Adacta Group


  • University degree
  • Extensive experience in a similar position, ideally within the IT industry and international environment
  • Strong business focus and knowledge about the developments in HR systems and processes to ensure their continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English and at least one Slavic language 
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Strong technical recruitment skills and general understanding of the software development process
  • Independence, commitment and understanding of business with excellent project management, facilitation and complex problem solving skills


  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience and handle employer branding as well as provide proactive support to the business
  • Lead the HR team
  • Build an effective working relationships with the top company management, business unit managers and employees in operational HR matters 
  • Ensure that HR responds to all business needs and strives to exceed expectations
  • Manage policies and procedures for all HR functions
  • Engage with business as an HR business partner and provide professional HR support and strategy consulting
